DCN CS6200-28X-EI (R2) is a Layer L3 access switches with router PIM function, 20×10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 + 4x COMBO (SFP or RJ45) + 4×1/10GBase-X SFP+, designed to work in telecommunication networks, ISP, as well as in 10Gb enterprise structured installations.

IP Source Guard provides Layer 2 source IP address filtering to prevent unauthorised hosts from impersonating authenticated hosts using their IP addresses. This feature utilises dynamic DHCP snooping and static source IP address entry.

The CS6200X series supports DHCP Snooping, which prevents attacks using an illegal DHCP server by setting trusted ports and unused ports. By enabling DHCP Snooping Binging and DHCP option 82, you can combine modules such as dot1x and ARP DAI or independently implement user access control.

Access control lists (ACLs) can be used to restrict access to sensitive network resources by filtering packets and forwarding them according to predefined rules. A user-defined ACL provides more flexible access control for users.

The CS6200X series supports significantly more Layer 2 security features, such as ARP protection, ARP scanning, andother ARP and MAC security technologies to protect network security and reliability.

IEEE 802.1X port-based access control ensures that all users are authenticated before gaining access to the network. User authentication is performed using any standards-based RADIUS server.

BUDOWA STOSU

The Virtual Switch Framework (VSF) can combine multiple DCN switches into a single logical device, allowing information boards and data to be shared between different switches. Using this functionality, the devices in the stack have increased performance and the number of ports. VSF technology is also characterized by simplified management and greater operational reliability.

ADVANCED QOS FEATURES

With 8 queues per port, the CS6200X series enables differentiated classification of up to 8 types of traffic. Traffic is determined according to IEEE802.1p, DSCP, IP priority, and TCP/UDP port number, ensuring optimal performance for real-time applications such as voice and video.

PORTY 10GB

The CS6200X series offers six 10 Gigabit ports that can operate as a redundant link working with various ring protection functions, effectively increasing network scalability and performance.

All SFP+ ports support 10 gigabit as well as 1 gigabit transmission.
