WIDE RANGE OF ACCESS POINT MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS

With DCN access controllers, you can centrally manage all DCN access points on your network. Access controllers integrate: accurate user control management, excellent frequency management of radio modules, security mechanisms, quality of service and seamless roaming, providing advanced WLAN access control functions. All controller models feature a complete Layer 3 core switch function and powerful switching performance. DCN access controller can be used as wireless controller and layer 3 core switch at the same time. It is not only the brain of the wireless network, but also the data transmission center of the entire wireless network

HIGH-DENSITY ACCESS PORT, INTELLIGENT INTEGRATED CONTROL AND FORWARDING ARCHITECTURE

DCN access controllers use wireless forwarding technology based on the ASIC chipset. The port density and wireless bandwidth are the highest among similar AC products on the market. They support not only wireless forwarding, but also switching, transmit all wireless and wired traffic using the same chipset. With an integrated control and forwarding architecture, devices support trunk-mode deployment, significantly reducing investment costs, improving network performance, and enabling easy network management.

FUNCTIONS OF INTELLIGENT RADIO FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT

They provide the function of automatic power and channel adjustment. They use specific RF detection and management algorithms to achieve a better RF coverage effect. When AP signals are interfered by strong external signals, the AP can automatically switch to the corresponding operating channel under AC control to avoid such interference, thus guaranteeing wireless network communication. The system also supports black hole compensation in the wireless network. When an access point in the network accidentally stops working, the RF AC management function compensates for the resulting dead area of the signals, so that the wireless network can continue to operate normally.

PLUG-AND-PLAY ACCESS POINTS

DCN smart access points are capable of automatically detecting controllers. The wireless network function allows you to automatically configure the access point without the participation of the administrator. DCN smart APs support plug-and-play technology and require no configuration. Wireless AC takes over all the management, control and configuration of access points. Network administrators do not need to separately manage or configure a huge number of wireless access points. All actions such as configuration, firmware update and security policy update are performed uniformly under the control of wireless AC.

MULTIPLE MANAGEMENT MODES

DCN access controllers support various management modes, such as command lines and network interface. They can be used to centrally and efficiently plan, deploy, monitor, and manage access points across your network. With DCN access controllers, administrators can monitor and manage the entire network by checking the operating status of access points and users online, scheduling RF resources across the network, locating users, generating security alarms, checking link load, device utilization, and supporting advanced wireless AC cluster technology to ensure seamless roaming to guarantee real-time mobile service continuity.
